Appointments

Someone will always be available to schedule an appointment for your child during our regular office hours which are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We appreciate the time you are taking to bring your child to our office.  We realize your time is important to you, therefore an appointment time will be specifically reserved for your child in order that any procedures may be rendered in a timely manner.  Occasionally, unexpected emergencies do occur, and hence delays in schedules are inevitable. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to the schedule as much as possible.

If you cannot keep an appointment, reasonable notice should be given to this office to cancel the appointment.  This courtesy makes it possible to give the appointment to another patient.  There may be a charge for broken or cancelled appointments at the rate of a normal office visit unless 24 (working) hours notice is given.

A charge and/or dismissal from the practice may be made for repetitive broken appointments without notifying the office.

Financial Policy

We will deliver the finest care possible, at as reasonable a cost to the patient as feasible. Our office policy is payment at the time of service for all treatment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  We offer a variety of financial arrangements which we will be happy to discuss with you.  If any questions or problems arise regarding your account, please call.  Many times a simple telephone call will avert misunderstandings.

Insurance Coverage

If your child is covered by Dental Insurance, please bring all necessary forms and current identification with you.

We must remind our patients that insurance is a method of reimbursement, not a substitute for payment. In many cases, insurance does not cover the full cost of dental care. It is designed to reduce your cost, but not to eliminate it completely. Our staff will help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy.  However, please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
